New build PC doesn't try to install Windows 11, instead it shows an MSI loading screen and immediately boots. I've updated the BIOS and swapped the DDR4 RAM. Updated two separate USB drives, one new. Occasionally different error codes appear but usually it's 0xc000021. The motherboard is an MSI B550M Gen 3 gaming board, paired with a 650W 80 Plus Gold PSU, equipped with a 5600X Ryzen CPU, Gigabyte RTX 3070 graphics card, Pinnacle Konduit 16GB DDR4 RAM, and Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe Gen 4 slot.

CSM is disabled, UEFI and TPM are enabled, secure BOOT is turned off. How should the Windows 11 source and installation USB be handled? The best method is to use the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft to download Windows and create a BOOT USB that points to the BOOT device for installation.

Are you trying to install a new system or is there an older installation? If you're using a disk that already has an OS, the BIOS might not be configured properly for USB booting, causing it to attempt to start from the disk. Another possibility is that you require drivers for the SSD or its controller; if it's on the motherboard, the chipset may be needed. Check the BIOS settings and disable the boot logo to see if it reveals any issues.

Ive disabled csm and enabled tpm this am no luck. secure boot was already off and I made both windows on Microsoft with the media creation tool in a fat32 formatted usb. Is it necessary to adjust the files after they have been installed on the usb by the media creator?

Everything is actually installed, except for the motherboard which has already booted with USB/UEFI settings. I haven’t updated the drivers yet and plan to do so once I have internet access.

A few months ago, a fellow forum member encountered the same problem. The discussion concluded with the forum member providing their own solution by posting a fix or workaround there. Windows 11 24H2 refused installation, and since an older motherboard was involved, the original poster on another thread installed a pre-24H2 version of Windows 11 that hadn't been graded for the latest 24H2. The older version didn't cause any blue screens.

Windows 10 might share similar problems with the 24h2 version. I tried Windows 10 and was searching for a release without 24h2.

I also purchased a new CPU since I observed the EZBug activating it only following the error code.

I think 10 should not have issues but no harm trying than bump it to Windows 11.
What do you have to loose.
If your also having a hardware issue than that throws a wrench in the gears.
But it seems you have been getting at least to your BIOS so trying Windows 10 or an older version of Windows 11 is free and just your time to cross that off your list to getting it up and running.
