Generally, I would remove the pagefile.sys and install a new one.
(for situations where data is saved to the pagefile.sys and then reloaded)
I would begin by launching cmd.exe with administrative privileges and executing
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
to address any changes.
Next, I would update the CPU driver, check the BIOS if possible, run crystaldiskinfo.exe to inspect smart data, and possibly upgrade the drive firmware.
I would delete the outdated partition wizard driver—it’s quite old and probably unused.
I wasn’t sure about the Gary utilities program, but the ELDO Corp driver is a file system driver; you should verify its status and update it if needed, or remove it (and delete pagefile.sys) to rule it out as a suspect.
My best guess is the ELDO file system driver.

I would appreciate more details about these BSODs. Please download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp, save it to your Desktop, and run it. Upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link included. This app compiles all available troubleshooting information, making it easier to diagnose your issue. It does not gather any personal data. It is used by several well-known Windows help forums, including this one. You can review the contents of the zip file before uploading, as most files are text documents. Do not modify or remove anything. For a description of each file, refer to the provided link.

It seems we're mainly relying on BSOD and crash logs, along with Digital multimeter tests. If not already recommended, you might also attempt running the PC under load using a single memory stick at a time.

Apologies for the delayed response, everyone. I had to go to the hospital for a while. Interestingly, after changing the BIOS to F32, the BSOD problem disappeared entirely. I still experience occasional browser tab crashes (a few times a week), but that seems unrelated since it used to happen every few minutes. I think we can say this issue is resolved. Thank you all!

Initially, I wanted to make sure you're recovering well and that the problem wasn't significant. Updating the BIOS has become increasingly crucial lately, and I'm not surprised it resolved your BSOD issue. The browser tab crashes might stem from an unstable extension. Consider launching the browser without extensions enabled to determine if the problem persists.

Certainly, everything is fine now. I'm still confused about how the problem began, especially since no updates or hardware changes were made. It seemed to start with BSODs and crashes at first, then gradually increased in frequency—once a month, then weekly, more often, and eventually daily and hourly. It looked like a hardware failure, but after the BIOS update it was resolved. That's quite unusual. Regarding the browser, it might be related. It used to crash rarely, and other programs no longer do, suggesting the BIOS issue was likely the cause.
