Hello, I hope someone can assist me, particularly those with more experience using AMD GPUs.
1000W GPU is the advertised wattage of the device. Could you provide details about the PSU’s make, model, and age?
The Ryzen 7 9800 X3D CPU with 360 AIO is being used. Is the iGPU turned off in the BIOS settings?
Regarding the BIOS, what version are you currently running on your motherboard?
I don’t recall the specific steps I took before this occurred, except for the undervolting process and my interest in resolution scaling up.
Return to the default settings and check if the problem persists. If not, reapply the undervolt adjustment and investigate other GPU configurations until the blue light issue is resolved.
If necessary, consider using DDU in Safe Mode, deleting all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD), and reinstalling a driver from AMD’s support site via an elevated command (Right click installer > Run as Administrator).

1. No. The power supply is a 1000W unit, a Chinese-made platinum grade model. The brand name is displayed in Chinese. The entire setup was bought back in May.
2. I only turned off the iGPU in Device Manager on Windows. In the BIOS, I left it set to Auto.
3. I verified that the BIOS for the motherboard is up to date. The undervolting was performed through Adrenaline, not in the BIOS settings. In the BIOS, I only adjusted the memory type to match the AMD specifications so it could operate at 6000 MHz.
4. I actually used DDU to remove the GPU driver that Windows had installed, and then installed the latest version afterward.
Please note, I’m not sure if the blue flashing (lightning-like effect) appeared before I adjusted the GPU voltage. However, I was very surprised by the drop in temperature after adjusting it. The FPS loss was minimal, which made the undervolting very effective. The GPU’s wattage dropped from 320 to 220, which kept the temperature below 50°C. In-game FPS was 320 with FSR enabled. That was truly impressive. Unfortunately, I later noticed the blue flashing effect again. It’s unclear if this is related to the FSR 4 setting.

I regret this, but because of the space limitation (it took me more than an hour to set up the rig in the current location), it is quite difficult and time-consuming to revert everything, particularly when the PSU is positioned behind a kind of cover. Nonetheless, I acknowledge your worry about a faulty PSU leading to dirty power or unstable voltage or wattage. As far as I understand, there are just two options for choosing the onboard GPU: Auto and Ignore. I assume "Ignore" means it will automatically use the onboard GPU. Thank you all for your feedback. I apologize for any confusion. The issue isn't completely resolved, but it's not as severe as before. I discovered that within Adrenaline, I accidentally undervolted the GPU and didn't fully adjust the settings for Ghost of Tsushima. After setting all relevant values, the blue flashing significantly decreased. When it did occur, it wasn't visible across the entire screen.
I sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. To summarize, I limited the GPU power to -30 to the limit, which led to excessive blue flashing. Later, I adjusted the voltage offset by adding -40mV and increased the memory max frequency from the default 2518 MHz to 2750 MHz. Now I've raised it to 2800 MHz.
