The outcomes involve testing with a fan on the motherboard while duplicating the problematic settings. It's assumed temperatures remain acceptable, though components may become more sensitive. This procedure is straightforward.

I don't have a fan to blow onto the motherboard. Just FYI this is a newly built PC. How can be components degraded?
Can this be just a faulty graphics card? I have gone through a few forums on this site and at the end of their test most of them found out that it was just their GPU.

Do you own a hair dryer? It's surprising how many people believe something will never fail or that parts can break easily. A regular computer might cost under $2000. Just think about the space program and all those expensive components—yet they still malfunction. I was part of the final testing for the Apollo mission. I believe most computers undergo at least an hour of testing before being sold. I think astronauts are still in space because some costly parts failed. Stay open-minded. Avoid jumping to conclusions when troubleshooting. It's better to try a test first and decide based on the outcome. Good luck with your issue. We only gain knowledge by facing challenges.

PC Black Screen Issue – A Solution That Works!
Hello to everyone who has found this page while searching for a black screen solution. Please read carefully, as I am not going to ask you to simply check and update your drivers—I’m sure you’ve already heard that everywhere else. However, the steps below include a small but crucial detail that can make a significant difference.
Issue
If you are experiencing a black screen while gaming or using certain applications and you have an AMD graphics card, then Solution #1 below should work for you. If you have a different GPU, I have also listed additional troubleshooting steps under Solution #2.
Solution #1 – For AMD GPU Users
Step 1 – Install Drivers Manually
Do not rely on AMD Software or Windows to install the latest driver version for your GPU.
Instead, visit the official AMD website, download the latest driver for your specific GPU model, and install it manually.
Step 2 – Important Steps During Installation
Select the "Factory Reset" checkbox when installing AMD Software.
Once installed, AMD will prompt you to select gaming experience setup options like HYPR-RX, QUALITY, HYPR-RX ECO, or DEFAULT. Always select DEFAULT.
Step 3 – Adjust GPU Settings in AMD Software
Visit the AMD website and check the Base Game Frequency (Clock Speed) for your specific GPU (found in the specifications section).
Open AMD Adrenalin Edition Software and navigate to:
Performance > Tuning > GPU Tuning > Custom
Set the Max Frequency to match the Base Game Frequency mentioned on the AMD website.
Step 4 – Underclock GPU Voltage (Very Important!)
Slightly undervolt your GPU to improve stability.
Go to:
Performance > Tuning > GPU Tuning > Custom > Enable Voltage (mV) Adjustment
Reduce the voltage by 25-50 mV.
(For example, if the default value is 1150 mV, reduce it by 25 mV to 1125 mV.)
Apply the changes and restart your PC.
After restarting, check if your custom values are still applied.
Hopefully, this will resolve your black screen issue!
Solution #2 – For Non-AMD Users (Or If Solution #1 Doesn't Work)
Update all drivers, including the Motherboard, GPU, and Audio drivers.
Check power supply connections to ensure all cables are properly connected.
Install HWinfo and monitor your system by creating a log file to track any anomalies.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for error logs that might indicate the root cause of the issue.
Restart and Access Safe Mode
Try booting with one RAM stick at a time to isolate a faulty module
Spread the Word!
If this solution worked for you, please take a moment to share it on YouTube video comments, Reddit pages, tech forums, or anywhere else people might be struggling with the same issue. You never know—your small act of kindness could save someone hours of frustration and troubleshooting!
Many people facing this problem might not have the technical know-how or the patience to go through endless trial and error. By sharing this, you're not just passing along a solution—you’re helping someone regain their peace of mind, get back to their work or passion, and avoid unnecessary stress.
Tech issues can be frustrating, but the power of community can make a real difference. Let’s help each other out and make troubleshooting easier for everyone!
Best regards,
Mr. Maggie
