My PC stopped working due to a power outage at home. Once the electricity came back, I noticed black artifacts on my screen. Could there be an explanation for this?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide your complete system details. Please list the specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
Consider using GPU-Z to check for any zero values in various fields. Additionally, review Device Manager for any warnings on the discrete GPU, such as a yellow exclamation mark and error code 43.
