You might actually do better with a 9060xt. I watched a video comparing it to the 6800xt, but the difference wasn’t huge. Still remember, upgrading later could be more trouble than it’s worth. Better invest in a 9060xt or a 9070/9070xt if you’re on a tighter budget. Why pay for a 6900xt when you’ll likely be disappointed and want to upgrade soon?
I agree with the others, There's not a huge reason to buy a three generation old video card unless its on a ultra steep discount. Going with a RX 9070 or 9070 XT will ultimately give you more longevity.
You'll also get even more bang for your buck if you sell your old video card.
Consider that eBay charges a fee, yet it's preferable to receive no money at all.
