A little background to share:
This is my first time buying a whole system together. Previously, it was always like this—get a GPU, then after two years buy a CPU, upgrade RAM, and so on. It felt really cool, so I decided to build it from scratch.
I have one store, BC Group, which I trust and talked with a worker there. I had some ideas in mind, but wanted to confirm if there were better options and, most importantly, ask for recommendations on a case and power supply because I wasn’t sure about those choices. He suggested a few things.
I went through everything, but the case turned out to be ATX, while the store suggested it should be MATX and smaller. That was a mistake. I didn’t mean to be wrong, but now I have to buy a PSU and case separately. I’m in Serbia and planning a budget of around 100 euros.
The main question is: what PSU and case combination should I choose?

I searched through all three stores and compared several reputable brands—Seasonic, Corsair, Super Flower—and also some lesser-known ones like Antec, FSP, XFX. As expected, high-quality PSUs are significantly more expensive than your budget allows.
For example, a good Seasonic Focus GX-750 costs 17.215 RSD (see link: https://www.monitor.rs/napajanja/750W-Seasonic-GX-750) or a decent Corsair RM650 costs 12.660 RSD (link: https://jakov.rs/kategorije/napajanja/pr...rm650-650w).
The most affordable PSU I’m comfortable recommending is the Seasonic B12 BC-550, which is on sale for 7.905 RSD (link: https://www.monitor.rs/napajanja/550W-Se...B12-BC-550).
A better alternative would be the Seasonic Core GC-650 at 9.000 RSD (also on sale, link: https://www.monitor.rs/napajanja/650W-Se...ORE-GC-650), which offers more power and reliability.
The Seasonic B12 BC falls in the mediocre to low range; it’s not terrible but also not outstanding. It would be a minimum choice, especially considering its 550W capacity. With your high-end RTX 4060 (115W TDP), power spikes can reach around 200W. Your CPU might draw up to 190W if you don’t overclock, and the rest of the system around 100W—bringing the total load close to 490W. That’s quite high for comfort with a 550W PSU.
Using this would prevent you from overclocking your components and risks damaging the PSU itself. Moreover, a low-quality PSU could fail, potentially destroying your whole system.
The Seasonic Core GC-650 is a superior option compared to the B12 BC. It’s higher quality, offers an extra 100W, and provides a 650W rating. This gives you more headroom in terms of power. The Core model also comes with a longer warranty—7 years versus 5 for the B12 BC. So it’s a more dependable choice overall.
In conclusion, I highly recommend opting for a Seasonic Core GC-650 and saving some money later to upgrade your PC case. Right now, you can’t afford both items.
Also, selecting a PC case is entirely up to you—pick the one that suits your preferences. Remember, you’ll be using it daily, not just for a short time.
