I recently assembled a new PC using the specifications listed. Initially, everything worked well, but over the past few days I've experienced audio and visual issues while playing games or participating in Discord calls. The audio and video stutter together precisely when one lags. My browser uses hardware acceleration, which I have disabled, as have both Firefox and Discord. I'm unsure why this is happening since my system should handle these games smoothly and support multiple monitors. As a beginner, I feel uncertain and hope you can help me identify the problem or provide guidance. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Have you performed a fresh installation of your operating system or sourced it from another location?
Navigate to your BIOS and revert all configurations back to the standard settings.
Consider employing DDU to refresh your graphics drivers during the installation process.

I'm not clear on what a clean install means. I made a USB drive into an installation tool using Windows' creation program. I plan to do the same and also update my BIOS, thinking there might be an update available. I haven't used DDU in a long time since I remember it shouldn't matter, but I'm open to trying anything now.

Refreshing the BIOS appears to be a wise move, ensure your computer doesn't drop power while doing so.

It would make sense to run LatencyMon during this process to check for any driver or software conflicts that might be causing the problem. The system should handle the tasks well enough on its own.
