Dear Experts,
I own a laptop ASUS Vivobook 17 Model : X1704Z with Windows 11 Home.
I discovered this item at the office (TYPE C to HDTVX2) and attached photos of the product box.
It didn’t work when I connected its USB C via two HDMI ports to external monitors.
Is this the correct device? Am I missing something?

This device features one HDMI 1.4 port, allowing you to connect an external screen. There is no indication that the USB Type-C port supports Thunderbolt or Display Port. The marketing materials mention the Type-C port provides power delivery.
The discussion has been shifted from the Displays section to the Laptop Tech Support area.
