A friend's new Arc B580 was functioning properly initially but suddenly stopped working. After several attempts—uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, including older versions—and a full Windows reinstall, it now uses default Windows drivers. However, Device Manager shows the device in "Recovery Mode" and Intel software reports unsupported configuration.

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information. Provide PSU specifications, model, wattage, age, and condition status (original, build, refurbished, used). List all connected peripherals. Indicate whether the network connection is wired or wireless. Review Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or relevant events captured near the time display stopped.

Also, could you confirm the prior GPU/driver version and whether the reinstall required a full drive reformat?

Please create a new thread with complete system details, problem explanations, and steps already attempted. Different issues might exist even if they seem identical. Deleting your message from this thread is requested.
