I have an AMD FX 6350 CPU paired with an XFX RX480 GPU, both integrated into a Gigabyte GFX 990 Northbridge MB card, and it can handle BF4 at 90fps at 60Hz. First, how would I proceed? Second: would it really be necessary to upgrade at all?

on which resolution/detail?
if it works well for you, you definitely don’t need an upgrade.

It's a 1920x1080 display with ultra settings. Adjusting the card to 1358MHz while the stock is 1288MHz and the CPU to 4.2GHz while the stock is 3.9.
