I don't understand why launching Rainbow Six Siege on Vulkan causes screen tears, yet using DirectX avoids them but reduces my FPS by half. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Monitor:
include the OS version(not edition) if you're on Windows 10. Include the BIOS version for your motherboard and the driver version for your GPU as well as the age of the PSU if it's not brand new.
