This laptop was purchased in an open box special, priced at $169 Canadian. I’m asking if it’s possible to install a second stick of DDR4 memory, since a video showed someone adding another stick above the first one already soldered in. The original model only comes with one 4GB DDR4 stick. I’m considering upgrading to a 16GB or even 32GB version, and I saw Patriot DDR4 3200 speed options with both single-sided 16GB and 32GB sticks. The memory should be affordable enough for an upgrade. I’m wondering if this laptop can accommodate larger memory sticks, or if I’d have to settle for a smaller one like 8GB. The manufacturer’s website doesn’t mention any memory upgrades, possibly because they prefer selling more expensive models. I’m also unsure about the M.2 SSD—seems straightforward to replace if needed. Regarding Windows, can I simply switch to normal Windows 11 by going to the app store and selecting the Get Windows 11 button?

run userbenchmark.com and share the result link
if a DDR slot is available, you can install LPDDR5-5500 RAM as much as needed

Are you certain about the storage capacity? Your link indicates a maximum of 16GB, which means with the existing 4GB drive, I can only add another 8GB.
