Hello,
The thumb_cache folder in the location with your AMD Radeon screenshots and videos can be safely removed. Deleting it shouldn’t cause any issues. I accidentally removed a folder within a game while trying to delete recordings.

Yes, you have the option to remove this. It shouldn't create major problems with the AMD software. You might also want to revert the folder if it's still in the Recycle Bin, just in case you need all the screenshots and videos again. Deleting won't lead to any issues.

I removed the Thumb_cache folder along with some recordings that weren't required anymore. The rest should work fine now. I believe the folder is back but empty.
