I improved my setup with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and a B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI motherboard. Observing that some streamers using the same 7800X3D achieve higher FPS in CS2 despite streaming, I downloaded Cinebench R23 and performed a test. The score I received was 13,207 points, whereas the expected range for this CPU is between 17,000 and 18,000. Could there be a reason behind this discrepancy? I’m trying to understand what might be going wrong. I’d really appreciate your assistance—this processor is quite costly in my country, and I’ve invested a lot into this system. Not being able to reach its full potential is quite disappointing.

A weak Cinebench result often indicates SMT is turned off. Certain boards have an X3D mode that disables it for better game performance, though this reduces efficiency for other tasks. Consider resetting your device to its original settings, then re-enable expo mode. Ensure SMT is activated and try running Cinebench once more. Also, install the newest AMD chipset driver if you haven't already.

I followed your instructions for BIOS and rechecked, everything functioned properly. It looks like there’s no issue. Your FPS concern might relate to your graphics card, and the minor drops during intense moments in CS2 could be due to settings. For optimal performance with your R7 7800x3d in CS2, there are specific configurations you might want to try.
