I understand this card was meant to be released earlier this year, but it appears to have disappeared. Have there been any updates about this card? Or was it actually another card with the same chip die but a different Intel GPU? If it does appear, would it work well with an Nvidia RTX 5070 for video encoding and rendering together, or would it need to be paired with one GPU only? I'm considering using them for H264 and H265 encoding with Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.

It should come out this year.
Different brand GPUs often don't work well together. You'd even run into problems when using the same brand but different SKUs in the same build.

The information is available on Videocardz. I won't wait any longer.
