There is one peculiar issue but I'm not entirely sure yet,
on Tuesday I installed PUBG via Steam, though when I start the game, it demands .net framework 2.0 and 3.5. After that, I don't see the BSoD for two days, but I still need more time to test.

just install the updated driver and trust the setup to make it active, it should work but some old intel drivers might still be installed without being set as the main one. for those situations you need to open device manager, right-click the adapter, choose update driver, then select browse my computer, pick drivers from the available list, and you'll see all options.

the issue is that the list doesn't display the actual versions of the files, making it hard to identify the current version. your list now shows seven different versions of the driver with identical descriptions.

usually, i would use pnputil.exe to remove the old drivers and report the annoying user interface. you can search online for "how to remove drivers from the driverstore" to learn how to use pnputil.exe and delete the outdated oemxx.inf files.

alternatively, choosing the official microsoft driver and letting windows update it automatically is another option.

Same problem with same model but with R7 4800HS.
After update the BIOS (version300), most of BSOD are about ram, can be seen it in windbg.
And there is another problem though, gpu driver may go crazy or something, then notebook screen gone black, extend screen turn into green.

This type of BSOD issue may appear unpredictably.
The duration might range from a few hours to several days.

Yes, the wan card intel wifi 6 ax201 should handle most BSOD issues, though occasional random BSODs and black screens persist, making the experience very tiring on this notebook.

In my situation, most BSOD issues stem from memory problems, especially related to video card memory. I attempted to use "Silent" mode in Armoury Crate, which resolved the problem, but it deactivates CPU Threads 12 to 15, which I prefer to avoid. I discovered that enabling GPU boost in Manual mode helps, and you can find more details in my settings. About 90% of BSOD occurrences have disappeared. CPU Settings: https://sm.ms/image/rxm21El954BX8Hq GPU Settings: https://sm.ms/image/6bglnABRjGLarkt Fan setting is a bit tricky, so I won't adjust it further.
