The game servers in this title are really problematic, struggling to cope with the workload and data volume. Particularly on weekends, you'll see significant delays affecting the entire lobby. It's so frustrating that the game slows down considerably. This problem has been present since Warzone 1, and it seems unlikely there will be any meaningful solutions. Additionally, your graphics card and RAM aren't sufficient for demanding games.
