I'm a disabled part-time Twitch streamer with a 5900x and 3080 Ti FE system. I have 32GB RAM and 3600MB of 16GB HDD. I need to stream AAA games at maximum settings while streaming, but currently I can't because I'm using Nvenc for encoding. It causes my GPU to hit 100% usage, leading to stuttering. If I switch to H264 encoding on my 5900x, will it still perform well? I play at 1440p and downscale to 1080p for the stream. Thanks for your time.

It has many cores. Could be worth a try? Another idea is the low-end Intel card mentioned in a recent video. You might use av1, assuming your graphics card isn’t already equipped with it.
