Hi, recently i've got a 5070 TI and in some games I can see this type of artifact. I've already uninstalled the drivers with DDU and reinstall not the latest driver version of Nvidia but the problem still persists.
Games I've tested:
Cyberpunk 2077 and Doom the dark ages.
Heres a video to see what i'm talking about
https://streamable.com/8jk26j
Thank you very much!

Both issues are unclear. Is it a driver problem or a GPU issue?

Did you attempt using ray tracing on and off? Nvidia has released around 15 drivers since the 50 series launch, and individuals have been reporting issues for several months. You might want to test various versions to determine which one works best. However, given the numerous problems these drivers cause, it becomes challenging to distinguish whether the issues stem from the GPU or the driver.
