Following a recent purchase of a used Sapphire RX580 Pulse 8GB card—a transition from the GTX950 2GB – I have begun experiencing noticeable micro-stuttering while playing Minecraft. The frame rate fluctuates significantly, typically between 40 and 100 frames per second or higher, and using VSync with OptiFine exacerbates the problem, resulting in frame rates of 60/30. My system includes 16GB of RAM at a speed of 1600MHz.
