Hello, yesterday I powered on my computer and noticed strange behavior with my roccat Vulcan tkl pro keyboard. The o,p,e, u,], tab keys were reacting unexpectedly. If I pressed the ctrl key, it would swipe through various items on the screen before stopping when I clicked again. The esc key also had issues, switching between different elements. The shift key sometimes started typing the letter "opu]opu" repeatedly. I can't recall exactly what I did to resolve it, but it worked when I followed instructions from Google and used the roccat swarm software. It was all fine afterward, though I'm unsure of the solution. Yesterday again, the same problem occurred before I went to bed, and I couldn't fix it because I wasn't sure how it happened before.

I've tried using the roccat swarm software to reset keyboard settings and used the maintenance key, but it didn't help. I confirmed it wasn't limited to my computer, as it also happened on another PC. I'm not sure what's causing the issue or how to fix it. Please help me.

How long have you had the keyboard? I saw on Reddit sometimes folks notice it doesn’t work right on their Roccat Vulcan TKL Pro right out of the box, or after about two years. If the same problem shows up on a different donor site, it likely points to a hardware issue, not a software one—unless you’ve tried removing it from Device Manager (assuming Windows).
Have you looked for any pending firmware updates?
Moved the discussion from the Components section to the Computer Peripherals section.

Hello, thank you for your message.
After uninstalling roccat swarm, my keyboard worked again, but during the re-installation it kept showing many errors. I tried to fix it again, but the same issues persisted.
I shared some screenshots explaining the problem: https://imgur.com/a/W0QuZIO and the view: https://imgur.com/a/W0QuZIO

Hello, yesterday I powered on my computer and noticed strange behavior with my roccat Vulcan tkl pro keyboard. The o,p,e, u,], tab keys were acting oddly, and pressing the ctrl key would swipe through various items on the screen before stopping when I clicked again. The esc key also had issues, switching between different elements, and the shift key would repeatedly start typing "opu]opu" over and over.

I tried fixing it by following instructions from Google and using the roccat swarm software, but it didn’t resolve the problem. I also attempted to use the roccat recover tool .exe, which only displayed an image. When downloading the roccat software, I encountered a message saying sometimes it fails.

I’m unsure what caused the issue or how to fix it now that I’ve returned home and restarted the PC.
