Question about random fan accelerations
GPU fan speeds increase without any apparent cause, fluctuating constantly.

nothing is running on the second screenshot; the first one only runs a very light game that works on an integrated GPU. This continues even when the PC is idle. I performed a hard reset and it didn’t stop before I could finish setting up the system. Could this be a hardware problem? The GPU is second-hand, it was mined on. The issue started suddenly, not before.
