You currently have a DDR3 Hyper X Fury RAM with 8GB of 1866 MHz memory. You're looking for another 8GB stick, preferably the same model, but it doesn't match exactly what you found online. The specs you shared indicate a clock speed of 937 MHz, which is double the base frequency, resulting in 1866 MT/s. This should be compatible with your system, as long as the RAM is the same type and model.

Those timings may change a little bit and be worse, but otherwise I see no reason why that item won't work.

The compatibility depends on your specific device model. An 8GB RAM module with 1866MHz is suitable for many modern systems, but confirm it matches your motherboard specifications.

People often ask for more RAM because their devices can handle more tasks and data efficiently.

My device has 8GB of storage, but during operation it consumes around 6GB, leaving about 2GB unused. This might be affecting its overall speed.

They already have an 8GB unit but it’s not enough for modern Windows 10 systems. If you pick any random 8GB 1866 MHz stick, there’s a decent chance it might function—about one in three. This is due to the fact that three different manufacturers produce DRAM chips in RAM modules: Micron, SK Hynix, and Samsung. I don’t know which brands Kingston used during DDR3 times, but if you get a module from another brand, it will only work reliably if it uses similar DRAM chips from the same maker. For your situation, the best bet is to buy an 8GB 1866MHz HyperX stick.

I saw this listing again—it's identical in both color and price. At 70 euros for an 8GB DDR3 RAM, it seems a bit high compared to what you'd expect.

Regrettably, two of the four major producers of DDR3 chips have halted or significantly reduced output by early 2021. Consequently, a large amount of outdated stock ends up being sent to recyclers or landfills rather than being reused in second-hand markets. Because of this, the availability of DDR3 is now lower than demand, leading to higher prices.
