Imagine purchasing two Crucial Ballistix chips—one at 3600MHz and another at 3200MHz. The question is whether the higher-frequency version can match the performance of its lower frequency counterpart in terms of output capability. I wanted to make sure my explanation was clear.

Since you're aiming for around 3600MHz, it seems like a Ryzen processor would be involved. Also, double-check that both the kit you have and the one you're considering support dual-rank modules—most modern 16GB sticks are single-rank.
