He recently replaced his motherboard because the old one had a faulty RAM slot and he couldn’t use all four 8GB sticks, which affected both booting and video performance. After testing, we realized the issue was with the RAM—specifically, the stickers indicated that 941 and 1941 wouldn’t work on his X570 MSI board with the Ryzen 7 2700 chipset. I mixed his RAM with mine, and everything functioned properly except for a minor change in RAM frequency from 2666 to 1866. My system still ran smoothly, but I lost my original RAM speed. I ended up giving him two of my RAM modules and used his 1941 stickers, thinking it would be safe since my setup should have worked better with older Ryzen models.
