I didn’t use my PC for three days because I was away, and when I returned home, a grinding sound came from the PSU fan. I looked into it and it seems the fan needs lubrication. Should I take apart the PSU and grease the fan, or should I replace the entire unit? For example, a video with a similar noise was found here: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xrniN9xd7HI. Thank you for your help!

Update your post with complete system specifications and operating system details.
Current PSU information: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?
Do not attempt to repair the PSU.
PSU's are not designed for repair and trying is risky and could cause serious issues.
Simply removing some dust from the fans may help restore balance.
Perform a general cleaning while using canned air as directed.
Ensure you back up all important data before proceeding.
Confirm that backups are both recoverable and readable.
