I’m having trouble locating any information about this answer.
My laptop has an i7 processor, a 2070 Super with 32GB RAM, and I’m using a 3440x1440 monitor. Even when I lower the graphics settings to their minimum, it still stutters whenever I move the camera or character. Staying still isn’t smooth, but it’s better than moving. I’m unsure what else to try and would rather not spend $60 to check if that version works better. My graphics card is updated, as well as Windows, and all drivers are current.

I forgot to share this. My computer was getting too hot and slowing down its cores to 0.78 hertz.
