I own a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, an Asrock B650 Pro RS motherboard, and the KINGSTON Fury Beast RGB KF564C32BBAK2-32 ram (QVL). I have the newest BIOS installed. Another power supply worked before, so it’s likely not the PSU. I suspect a faulty CPU memory controller or the motherboard itself. Since XMP isn’t enabled, the system reboots normally. I’ve tested various RAM types and the issue persists, suggesting another problem. Could be the CPU memory controller or perhaps the new BIOS is needed? Anyone have any insights? Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Did you check to see if the CPU socket has any bent or broken pins? Speaking of pins, might want to think about relieving some stress from the CPU cooler's mount.
Did you update to the latest BIOS after the system was built, if so, did you clear the CMOS after verifying the BIOS was successfully flashed to the latest version?

Thank you for the welcome, please accept my apologies for missing some details. I believe it's not the bent pins since the issue developed slowly. My setup includes an Arctic freezer 34 esports duo cooler, an Asrock rx 7800xt phantom gaming graphics card, Windows 11 Pro, and the newest BIOS. I have three NVMe SSDs, two Samsung 980 Pro 1TB drives, and a Samsung 970 EVO Plus. The new Antec vp600 plus PSU is installed. My PC is connected to a Samsung Q95T 65-inch TV via HDMI 2.1. I re-flashed the BIOS but didn’t clear the CMOS yet; I plan to do that.
