I'm setting up my first build with a Z690 Aorus Elite AX ATX motherboard and an AIO water cooler on top. I need to decide whether to connect the pump to the sys_fan4_pump or the PSU, and also figure out where to plug in the radiator fans—should they go into cpu_opt or cpu_fan?

Psu: pump operates at full capacity, yet you can't track its RPM through software.
Motherboard header indicates the pump follows the preset curve. You have the flexibility to adjust that curve via BIOS.
Choose whichever suits you; it's not a major issue.
CPU_OPT depends on CPU_FAN and runs at the same curve as it.
A connection must be established with CPU_FAN before proceeding.

This was really helpful, thank you! For the pump header, you should place it where the instructions specify.

Psu, I think so? My output won't be very good since I don't have a preference.
I'm using two AIOs right now – the CPU pump is connected to the PSU, and the GPU pump is set to W_PUMP.
