I checked the details on your motherboard's specs. Your Rosewill CAT 6 cable didn't fit, and I wasn't sure if it matched the listed ports. The LAN port is Intel® I219-V, as shown in the manufacturer's documentation.

Ensure the end of the cable has a shield removed. If that fails, inspect your port for obstructions; an RJ45 cable should function properly.

It appears the issue isn't fully resolved; the response slipped away easily, making it hard to pinpoint the mistake.

The connection point on the cable appears to be detachable. Gently move it within the port to see if it comes loose.

It seems the boot could be the problem. Make sure you firmly push the cable in and listen for a click, or carefully remove the boot around the clip if you need certainty.

I cut the boot and tried putting it in as far as I could and theres still nothing
