Good day,
The issue arises because Crowdstrike remains active despite uninstallation. The installation process may have left a residual presence, causing it to persist in the registry and appear in the program list even after removal.

And what a google search for "uninstall crowdstrike" revealed—hundreds, maybe even thousands of pages. There are several procedures required.

The program displayed a multiple, similar to removing it from programs if it appears but isn't present. Also, how to delete it from the command prompt wasn't working; it only shows it's still in the registry, suggesting it needs removal there.
