Hey! Here’s what you’ve tried so far:
- Format the PC
- Reinstall all drivers
- Install Realtek audio drivers from the official site
- Try other headphones
- Disable USB selective suspend
- Turn off Windows fast startup
- Install Intel Management Engine

Also, I noticed the error message and that your audio devices aren’t detected except for screens. Let me know if you need more help!

Have you recreated the bootable USB installer for your operating system, deleting all drives except the one you intended to install, reinstalled the OS in offline mode, and then manually added all drivers with the latest versions while offline?
Gather all drivers for your motherboard/platform from here;

Installing in the following sequence;
Intel Serial IO Software v30.100.2417.30
Intel Management Engine Interface v2428.6.2.0
