Question about i5 6600 non K
Question about i5 6600 non K
I was curious about the possibility of overclocking. With my current configuration it isn't possible. I have an i5 6600 sky lake paired with an ASRock b150m Pro 4. I'm wondering if upgrading to a different MOBO would allow me to do so. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.
you won't be able to perform an OC with a non-K CPU
you'll need a motherboard like the Z170 or Z270
your current B150M model can't handle an OC
You won't be able to overclock with a non-K CPU. You'll need a motherboard like the Z170 or Z270. Your current B150M won't work for OC either. If you get a new motherboard, this CPU might fit.
