Question about fixing chip corruption on Bios Chip
Let me explain how I started the laptop's BIOS recovery process. I attempted it using a 4GB USB stick and an 8GB USB stick, but neither worked. I also checked if the USB drives were formatted as FAT32. The thread was moved from the Motherboards section to the Laptop Tech Support section.
Let me see if it was fat 32. What I did was plug the USB into the laptop with the battery unplugged, then connect it to the wall, pressed the crisis recovery key (Fn and Esc) for 10 seconds, the fans spun slowly, and I left it on overnight—nothing happened, just the screen stayed black.
