It functioned successfully after several attempts. I will share my experience in a follow-up post so others may find it useful.

Being 7B87v1G
I removed the CMOS battery for ten minutes.
For optimal CMOS clearing, disconnect from power, turn off the display, then remove the battery and hold the power button for thirty seconds to drain any remaining charge. Reinsert the battery after thirty minutes.
Details: Ryzen 5 5500, b450 gaming plus m-atx, 1660 super, 2x8 DDR4 2400, 500W PSU.
The PSU’s wattage is listed as 500W. Could you provide its make, model, and age?
Check the BIOS settings to confirm if FTPM and Secure Boot are active.
I recommend manually reinstalling the newest chipset driver for your motherboard via AMD’s support site in an elevated command, followed by a BIOS flash to version 7B87v1H5 (beta), resetting CMOS, and testing with the new processor.
If this system is intended for gaming, running DDR4-2400MHz or DDR4-2400MT/s is not ideal—AM4 boards typically perform better with a 2x DDR4-3200MHz setup.

I disconnected from the wall and display, but did not discharge any remaining power. I could try again next time.
Thermaltake smart 500w 80+ white SPD-0500NPCWUS-W is 5 years old. It seems to be quite poor despite its good rating and no issues reported.
fTPM and Secure Boot are both turned on.
Just installed all chipset drivers for windows10. I'll explore updating them via the command prompt or another method. Will test the 7B87v1H5 version.
I mainly play rocket league where I get maximum frames (though it runs at 144hz) and oldschool runescape which struggles on a slow machine. Not feeling restricted. Upgrading is only desired because Windows 10 support ends in 5 days.
Thanks.

I followed all the instructions Lutfij gave me. Still, nothing appeared. I left the CPU idle for 20 minutes with the red light on, hoping it would start posting, but it didn’t. Later, I experimented with the RAM without any reason, but nothing came out. After that, I reinserted both RAM sticks while convincing myself it was pointless, especially since I was about to replace my old CPU. Nothing happened. Then I turned off the power and the PSU, which I had been doing between each component setup, and restarted it.

Then, for the first time, a red light appeared and after 10 seconds it blinked, followed by another blink after another 10 seconds. This repeated for about three minutes. Finally, posting occurred. I’ve learned nothing, but it seems to work?
