Playing a game and a very loud high-pitched sound occurred, not in a highly detailed graphics game. I have an OC on my system when PCs ran tests with an issue ages ago and managed to reproduce it on power and 3D settings. I also got a video again, but it wasn't as loud this time—please turn it up if you want to hear it after the mouse click around the 13-second mark.

Probably a fan. Consider pausing each moment or simply listening without covers on.

It doesn't occur when fans reach maximum speed
Also occurs during execution of these tests in occt
