Hello there
I recently assembled a new PC with the components listed below. The construction process has been successful so far, and all parts are functioning properly. However, after installing Windows 11, issues began to appear. Frequent blue screens appeared with various error codes (such as PAGE_DFAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL). Sometimes I could work for a while without any interruptions, but the system would suddenly crash. After that, I usually couldn't restart it at all, yet the bluescreens would reappear immediately.

I have tried the following steps:
After some research and repeated checks on the RAM, I enabled EXPO in the BIOS settings. This did not resolve the problem.
A BIOS update was performed.
For testing purposes, I installed Windows 10 on the second hard drive, and the same issues occurred.
I observed that my memory only recognized at a speed of 4800, whereas it should be 6000 (as indicated in the BIOS, CMD command "command wmic memorychip get speed", and TaskManager).
I also ran HCI Memtest without encountering any errors. I installed RAM one at a time, and the same errors appeared consistently.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any replacement RAMs to test.
Could anyone help identify what might be causing this? In the meantime, I’ll try Windows 10 and let you know if it also crashes here.

Regarding testing with only one RAM stick: Does the position in the slot matter? Otherwise, I could check other slots to see if the fault lies on the motherboard.
Please feel free to ask for more details or information.
Thank you very much for your assistance ahead!

Hardware:
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X670E-PRO WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9750x
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming X Trio 24G
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB (2x 16, 6000MHz, DDR5-RAM, DIMM)
CPU-Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 12M

Did your memory indicate compatibility with AMD systems? The information I found mentions it is intended for Intel builds. Could you provide the memory part number?
