Everyone seems fine tonight. I recently tried the VSR setting in AMD CCC and noticed a big difference—BF4 looked much sharper at 4K resolution compared to 1080p. (Low Graphics Preset) Now I’m curious about the right settings for smooth 60 FPS. I think a combination of adjustments would be best! Any tips or suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks!

Disable anti-aliasing, ambient occlusion, depth of field, motion blur. If needed, reduce other effects gradually. Keep texture quality intact.

I also have a GTX 970 and rely on DSR for my gaming experience.

I don’t have the budget for a 40-inch 4K display.

Playing at 4K resolution with a 770? (Earlier I used a 2GB GTX770, too.)

Absolutely! 4k isn't as tough as people think if you're willing to make some adjustments. Skipping the high settings, avoiding AA and low shadow effects helps save performance. I'm holding off on upgrading right now until the 390x or 980ti models arrive, then I'll upgrade or switch to CFX. Not ready to spend on a card yet when they're coming soon, okay? Planning a full upgrade in about a month.
