Could there be any downsides to increasing the long boost TDP above the short boost? I noticed my ASUS TUF 505DT throttling when using the default 40W short boost, but adjusting it to 35W with AATU resolved that issue. I’m curious if experimenting with higher long boost TDP might improve performance further, since the default 35W long boost doesn’t cause throttling.

The disadvantage would be that it would initially slow down (short boost) before then accelerating faster (long boost), just raise both to the same level until it begins to throttle and then reduce it slightly.
