The pro model includes USB-C whereas the elite version does not. It features an Intel® GbE LAN with cFosSpeed while the Elite offers a GIGABYTE Gaming LAN with Bandwidth Management. Both share RGB Fusion 2.0, but the pro uses SPDIF. The back I/O configurations vary between the boards. For the Pro edition you'll receive: one HDMI port, one USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A port, four USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, one DVI-D port, one USB-C port, and two SMA antenna connectors (available only in the WI-FI variant). The Elite edition provides: a PS/2 connector, one DVI-D connector, one HDMI connector, four USB 3.0 connectors, and four USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports. That's the main differences I found. Ultimately it depends on your needs, intended use, and budget constraints.
