Before explaining the problem, here are the details of my setup.
I have a Ryzen 7 2700x processor.
My motherboard is an Asus TUF X570 pro with Wi-Fi.
The RAM sticks are Corsair Vengeance LX DDR4, 3200MHz, 8*2GB, Samsung B-die, version 4.32, CMK16GX4M2B3200C16.
I also have a Corsair CX750M.
My Vega 64 is connected, and all drivers and BIOS are up to date.

The issue continues when I try to import my XMP profile into the Ryzen DRAM calculator. I attempt to adjust timings based on the rated speed, apply all settings, but the process consistently fails. I've experimented with various approaches—lowering frequency for tighter timings, using only primary timings with higher voltages (which causes a strange reset behavior requiring CMOS re-set instead of exiting boot loop), and testing numerous configurations based on research. Unfortunately, none work effectively since my RAM is quite rare to work with, being a Samsung B-die, and I’m extremely lucky to have them.

The previous RAM units were defective, so I received an RMA from Corsair. It turns out the current sticks are genuine Samsung B-die, brand new, meaning there’s no chance they’re faulty. My X570 chipset functions perfectly, and the XMP profile boots successfully. However, performance drops significantly during gameplay—experiencing severe micro-stuttering and a lack of smoothness overall.

Disabling XMP resolves the issue, but my FPS plummets. I’m confused and in need of guidance. I haven’t exceeded 1.4V on memory, so perhaps lowering voltage could help. There are many potential adjustments I can try, but I don’t want to risk damaging the system. I really need advice from someone experienced with this setup.
