The BIOS on your Acer Nitro 5 515-55 is damaged, and the system can't recognize your USB drive due to the missing BIOS file during the recovery process. Someone can assist you with this issue.

The USB flash drive has been formatted to the fat32 filesystem.
Was the BIOS file placed in the root directory of the stick?
Were you able to unzip the file?

Yes, I formatted it to a size of 32 and extracted it from the root folder of the USB.

Refer to the crisis update guide for instructions. The file is located in the bios_206.exe and needs to be connected to the USB drive.

Tested with 1GB and 2GB, the sole functioning port was the one directly connected to the motherboard
