Question A random file appearing in start-up applications is puzzling.
The file name provided clearly indicates its origin, but search engines aren't effective here. I'm counting on someone else to help clarify this mystery.

The basic auto scans windows defender performs its tasks, and i'm currently running a complete scan now.
Additional research and tracing back through my steps have resulted in a solution. After removing "Once human" from Steam recently, the odd file remained, which some have pointed out as strange. I've deleted it from Reg Editor and everything is now working properly. Appreciate the help and the alternative to basic Windows def. Have a great day/evening.
