I've figured it out, it was the CPU. I changed the PSU, GPU, MB, and RAM, but after all failed, I bought a cheap 3600x and it works perfectly for a week now. If anyone has any issues like this, buy a cheap CPU and give it a try—it might save you a lot of money.
