Get the tool from their site, make a bootable drive, and install Windows on your new system.

If you download windows 10 and install it . You get the demo version. Some stuff will be lock, and some will only work for a limited time. Like the updates. You only need to skip or do later for stuff related to registration or product key. Look in YouTube for-> Windows 10 clean install.
