The system restarts unexpectedly in battery mode, especially when switching to iGpu mode in the Armoury Crate for battery conservation. Temperatures remain stable during silent use (40-50°C), but spike to 80-90°C during performance mode while plugged in without causing a crash. I've attempted to reinstall all GPU drivers using DDU, but no minidump was recorded. Has anyone experienced this before?

Check if your laptop needs any BIOS updates.
My CPU and GPU temperatures are normal (40-50°C during light use or idle), but they rise to 80-90°C when idling in performance mode while plugged in—though it hasn’t ever crashed.
Both Intel and AMD claim your laptop can handle up to 100°C, a standard since 2020. Water boils at that temperature, so I don’t think it’s safe to approach such heat.
I’ve attempted to reinstall all GPU drivers using DDU.
Would you like more details on how I carried out this process?
You might consider these options if you haven’t adjusted anything since buying:
1) Install higher-quality thermal paste and pads, and clean the vents.
2) Lower your processor’s voltage; see the guides below:

These should help you manage the heat better.

Hello, thank you for your response. My bios is current with version 319 after checking the ROG website. Concerning DDU, I entered safe mode, removed all AMD graphics drivers, and reinstalled the ones provided by ROG for my laptop. Thanks. I plan to undervolt and clean dust to reduce temperatures, though I doubt it’s related since reboots occur at 40-50°C on my CPU. Additionally, the system always crashes when using the battery, never when plugged in, even at high temperatures (90-95°C). The screen goes black and the PC restarts immediately. Event viewer logs show no errors before the reboot.
