I operate a machine very similar to this one in a remote office setting. It lacks high performance and officially can't be upgraded to W11, but it functions adequately for typical office tasks like using Word and Excel, browsing the web, watching media, and playing older games such as Civ 5 and Soulstorm at low settings (720). I'm unsure, but at around 80 Euros, if it works well and has a decent battery without breaking the bank.
I would review the details of the games.
Among those I mentioned earlier, I limited Civ to just one additional opponent because it would cause too much trouble when the map expanded and there were many NPCs active.
