Intel’s site mentions a 2666Mhz clock for that specific core. A setup like the Patriot 2133 with an XMP setting of 2666 at 1.35v works well. Even though speeds and timings vary, ensure the RAM you choose is compatible with your motherboard’s supported vendor list—based on my research, a kit starting at 2133 with this configuration should be sufficient.

I match the other person's view, it seems you'd likely go with a B460 motherboard, making 2666 ideal. Intel doesn't see much benefit from faster RAM when using Z490 with 3200 or 3600, so 2666 fits well.
