Question 12400F/6700 XT Low Cinebench Score/FPS
Question 12400F/6700 XT Low Cinebench Score/FPS
Hey there,
I assembled my PC back in November 2022, but lately I’ve been encountering consistently poor CPU and GPU scores, along with reduced FPS than expected—particularly in games like Dota 2, which I play most often. At first, I was worried and tried some troubleshooting steps, but eventually I just gave up on it.
The biggest change I made was upgrading my RAM from 16GB single-channel to a 2x16GB dual-channel setup, which helped a bit but didn’t fully fix the problem. More recently, I ran Cinebench R24 twice, and both times my results were much lower than what online benchmarks suggest for my CPU specs. The numbers were almost the same in both tests, which makes me suspect there’s something amiss.
I’ve attached some screenshots of the benchmark outcomes together with my PC setup. If anyone has any ideas about what might be going wrong or how to investigate further, I’d really value your advice!
Thanks a lot!
